Way to Work Incentive Scheme

Did you know you could earn yourself £100 in gift vouchers? Former Way to Work apprentices Amie Ansell of
IJS Global and Vicky Gilbert of ConsumerNet received £100 in Love2Shop gift vouchers just for providing Way to Work with an employer lead. Congratulations to both of them for helping Way to Work support more young people into apprenticeship vacancies.

If you are an ex-apprentice in a new organisation and you believe that your company would benefit from using the Way to Work service, just get in touch and you too could earn yourself some gift vouchers. Alternatively, any current apprentices or employers that provide Way to Work with a new employer lead will also earn £100 of gift vouchers. It couldn't be simpler.

The SAP Control & Finance Team of The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames has helped another young person to achieve their intermediate apprenticeship. Juliette Froud has now completed an NVQ in Business & Administration and is progressing to undertake the advanced level qualification. Juliette now aged 19 is a former Waldegrave School student, who began her Way to Work apprenticeship in April 2011. She has worked extremely hard to achieve the apprenticeship in such a short space of time. Juliette told us, "The apprenticeship has given me a job, which has helped me build experience, knowledge, and gain new skills."

Juliette's Manager Denise Sangster says, "Juliette is the third apprentice that my section have employed through Way to Work and we have found all our apprentices to be very able, willing and a pleasure to work with."
