Special Note: all applicants should live within the local travel to work area. 45 minutes maximum travel time.
Pay: £8,000 per annum with six-monthly pay reviews

Hours of Work: 8.30 to 5.30 Mon - Fri with 1hour for lunch (40 hours per week )
Annual Holiday Entitlement: 20 days plus statutory days
Age: 16 +
Job Description:
- Answering telephones, taking messages appropriately, transferring calls, and dealing with simple queries.
- Learning to deal with all customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner at all times.
- Filing, faxing, photocopying, emailing and shredding as and when required.
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
- Accessing, inputting, and extracting data using in-house bespoke software system.
- Set up and complete customer records, contracts and machines using Service Accent database, and arrange for on-site installations with engineer.
An ability to complete a complex & demanding learning programme with external examinations is a requirement for Way to Work vacancies
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Excellent communication skills with clear spoken English.
- Accurate basic keyboard skills – knowledge of MS Word & Excel, and databases
- Able to work flexibly within a team, asking for & giving support as needed.
- Accurate & methodical, able to follow simple procedures and occasionally work to deadlines
- Able to learn to use own initiative.
- Aware of equality & diversity and health & safety.
- Able to understand the importance of being punctual & the impact that absence has on the effectiveness of the team.
